Virtual Cards carry the same transaction fee as your standard credit card and require a POS system to process.
ACH options - including Premium and Basic — have varying transaction fees, all clearly shown during enrollment. Fees are capped at a maximum of 1.5% per transaction so there are no surprises.
With Virtual Card and Premium ACH, you can transfer remittance data automatically to your financial system via CTX, or through customized methods requiring some additional setup. You can also receive reports and emails with remittance data directly to your inbox. With Basic ACH, you'll need to log into the Paymode portal.
Paymode Premium ACH and Virtual Card membership provides a range of downloadable and exportable reports to view received and scheduled payments.
Paymode has a dedicated Vendor Success team to support vendors enrolled in Premium ACH and Virtual Cards. Suppliers enrolled in Basic ACH can get support through Member Services.
Paymode has an intuitive portal to track electronic payments, view remittance information, set up reports, and even send payment status updates. You can also search historical payments easily.
