Where do I find the payment method my customer will use?
You'll see your customer's payment preference in the enrollment process and in the email you received inviting you to enroll in Paymode.
How much does it cost?
For virtual card, there's no additional Paymode fees, but interchange rates do apply. For Premium ACH, you'll see the per-transaction fee in the enrollment process. You can also choose when you want the fee deducted in the section "Network Fee Billing Option" .
How will I receive remittance information?
You can transfer remittance data automatically to your financial system via CTX, or through customized methods requiring some additional setup. You can also receive reports and emails with remittance data directly to your inbox.
What type of reporting is available?
Paymode Premium membership provides a range of downloadable and exportable reports to view received and scheduled payments.
What happens if I need help with a payment?
